About the founders:

Katarina Hentze Grahn has for many years worked as an entrepreneur and in developing projects where technology, business, and community intersect. She co-founded Faer Isles Distillery, where she was part of developing a blockchain-based cap table and crowdfunding model that gathered a global community of investors around the project. Today, she is behind Fraktium, a fintech platform and social network that builds on that experience and uses blockchain to make entrepreneurship and investment accessible to everyone. Her goal is for everyone to have a seat at the table, both when new ideas are born and when they need to be financed.

Catrine Nomi is a serial entrepreneur with a strong passion for technology and mental sustainability in the future of work. She has founded several tech and AI platforms, most recently Optimal Mind AI, which combines artificial intelligence, neuroscience, and behavioral design to create healthier and more motivating workplaces. Her companies focus strongly on how tech and AI can unlock human potential, not replace it, and on setting new standards for how future-of-work solutions should be built.
